Offers ??

Has anyone received an offer for the BI contract ?? If so when ??

I have never seen such a disorganized company in my 39 years in the industry. The recruiters know nothing and the employees ( managers) are nothing but cheerleaders. I interviewed with a RB for Ashfield that was not even in the therapeutic area I was interviewing for. She did not care what was going on and had no idea of the division I was interviewing for. I have held 2nd and 3rd line levels of leadership with some Fortune 50 companies; however Ashfield has no clue as to what they want to be or want to do. I am dad blamed tiered of calling their recruiters to get little or know answers to questions. So be it.

I agree! It was obvious to me the manager I interviewed with had not even bothered to look over my resume prior to our meeting and had to ask if I was interviwing for full-time or part-time. And the recruiter is worthless!

Kinda sad. The recruiters seem pretty flaky. The one I was talking to was chewing as she was speaking. Real professional. Again, no follow up. Even if you follow up with them, they don't seem to know anything.....

Hey wait a minute! I have worked big pharma for over 20 years, contracts now for over 6. Guess what? The recruiter just gets you in front of the interviewer-if you're lucky-no more no less.
It is up to YOU to get the job. I have made it a few times and I've struck out more than a few times. If you have not heard in a week or so on ANY of these contracts move on , and don't be pissed at the recruiter. Many times the same recruiter has placed me in a great contract after missing a few. Now, there are hundreds (maybe thousands) of solid reps out there-It's competitive as hell. Be thankful they even look at your resume and try to get you an interview with the hiring person. Also, understand none of these new contracts go more than a year-just look at the stuff you are asked to sell. The new pharma world order is 1 year or less gigs. DO NOT burn any bridges. Good luck-keep pushing.

is anything happening with this contract? i received an offer from another company and took it while i was waiting to hear back from ashfield. just curious if this even got off the ground.

Had a f2f last week and haven't heard anything. Did anyone receive an offer that has a recent interview?
I also had Face 2 face last week. I was told at interview that they wanted to have all offers out by Aug 25, so still have some time before hearing back on if I made it through to next step, which would be phone interview with BI manager. In the meantime, I could not sit around and wait for something that may or may not happen, so I just accepted an offer with another company. These company's need to get on the ball and keep it moving, at least offer some updates 5 days post interview....people cannot sit around waiting while bills need to be paid. Get on the ball and start contacting those who are top picks for second round!!! You are loosing great people when you drag your feet.

The contract starts August 19 I was interviewed on July 13, 2016 and was told I would know by July 16, by email or phone call to set up time for Bi manager 20 mins discussion on diabetes over the phone all offers but go out by July 29. 1 week home study, 2.5 weeks training

I heard they were doing a last push for internal candidates to apply through yesterday. I know they did face to face interviews for external applicants last week and were told they would know if they were being moved through in a week. Haven't seen where anyone has gotten an offer on the Diabetes contract yet!
