What Should Digital Health Learn From Propeller Health's $225 Million Acquisition

In December of 2018, ResMed announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Propeller Health for $225 Million. ResMed and Propeller Health are expected to finalise the deal before March 30, 2019. Propeller Health will continue to operate as a standalone business, maintaining its product solutions, as well as its partnerships with pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations.
