Vaccine production in focus as Moderna, Pfizer await FDA decision

U.S. health officials expect 100 million Americans could be vaccinated against COVID-19 by the end of the February. Meeting that goal, though, will require near-perfect production from Pfizer and Moderna, both of which are now awaiting a Food and Drug Administration decision on approval of their coronavirus shots.
