The US government contributed at least $31.9 billion in public funding to the development of mRNA-based Covid-19 vaccines, according to a new BMJ study.
That includes at least $337 million in the three decades prior to the pandemic, seven researchers from Brigham and Women’s Program On Regulation, Therapeutics, And Law (PORTAL) wrote.
