Tribe, Allergan appeal sovereign immunity patent case to Supreme Court

The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe and Allergan plc (NYSE:AGN) asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a federal court's ruling that a sovereign entity cannot assert immunity to shield a patent from inter partes review by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
