Teva forks over $54M to settle Copaxone, Azilect kickbacks suit

Teva agreed to shell out $54 million to wrap up a whistleblower lawsuit. The case resolves the lawsuit brought by two former sales reps who sued back in 2013. Even though the U.S. government didn't join the litigation, the former reps pressed ahead for years.
