Sanofi, Justice Department ink $11.85M charity kickbacks settlement

In an industrywide probe over pharma's charity contributions, federal authorities have reached settlements with numerous drugmakers totaling more than $850 million. Sanofi is the latest to reach a deal, agreeing to pay $11.85 million over kickbacks allegations. The company didn't admit wrongdoing.
