Sanofi to buy Origimm Biotechnology for acne vaccine candidate

French healthcare company Sanofi (SASY.PA) said on Wednesday it would buy Austrian group Origimm Biotechnology, a move that will add a potential first-in-class vaccine candidate to treat acne to its pipeline.
