J&J’s consumer health unit Kenvue filed for an IPO on Wednesday, setting in motion the long-anticipated plans for its official spinoff.
Kenvue is touting itself as the “world’s largest pure-play consumer health company,” with popular brands such as Neutrogena, Tylenol, Band-Aid and Listerine in tow. The unit raked in just over $15.1 billion in 2021.
