Pfizer has voluntarily recalled two batches of Duavee––marketed as Duavive abroad––from U.K. shelves after identifying faulty packaging that may have reduced the drug's efficacy, the U.K.'s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) said Monday.
