NY Will Team Up With 6 States To Buy Medical Supplies, Cuomo Says

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced in a Sunday press conference that a consortium of Northeast states will work together to buy masks, gowns and other protective equipment that was in short supply in the coronavirus pandemic, and focus on buying locally rather than relying on China.
