Novartis' Generics Unit to Buy Aspen's Japanese Operations

Novartis AG’s NVS generic unit Sandoz announced that it has entered an agreement to acquire the Japanese business of Aspen Global Incorporated (AGI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Limited.
