Moderna CEO to Sell Stock Options, Donate Proceeds to Charity

Moderna Inc. Chief Executive Officer Stephane Bancel said Tuesday that he plans to sell his stock options and donate the proceeds to charity.

Bancel plans to exercise 80,000 shares per week until the option is fully exercised around June 2023.
