Magenta Therapeutics Launches $100 Million IPO

Magenta Therapeutics  announced on 6/8/2018 that it has launched an initial public offering of its common stock. Magenta is offering 6,666,667 shares of its common stock, subject to market and other conditions, and intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,000,000 shares of common stock.
