Lawmakers launch probe into kickbacks to patient assistance programs

Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) are collecting information to expose any biopharma companies that are illegally providing kickbacks to exploit charitable patient assistance programs (PAPs).
