Kaleido prices $75M IPO below range

Kaleido Biosciences Inc. (NASDAQ:KLDO) raised $75 million in an IPO priced late Wednesday. The company sold 5 million shares at $15, below its proposed range of $20-$22. The price valued Kaleido at $444.5 million.
