Healthcare leaders and organizations are weighing in on President Joe Biden’s decision to withdraw from the 2024 presidential race.

The incumbent announced his decision in a letter Sunday afternoon, writing that while it was his intention to continue on with his reelection bid, it was in the “best interest of my party and country” to stand down and focus on finishing out his term in office.
