Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) has signed a bill that would allow state residents to import drugs from Canada and other countries.
The bill passed both houses of Florida's legislature on April 29 and now goes to HHS, likely in 2020, for approval. In addition, the state legislature will need to approve funding for the legislation before it can be implemented.
