Activist Icahn sues Illumina board over Grail acquisition

Activist-investor Carl Icahn sued the board of directors at genetic testing company Illumina (ILMN.O) and accused them of breaching their fiduciary duties, according to a sealed copy of the complaint on Tuesday.
