Two lawmakers have accused three generic drugmakers of "coordinated obstruction" and "apparent efforts to stonewall" a 2014 probe into their pricing strategies, according to CNBC.
Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., and Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., have asked Mylan, Teva and Heritage Pharmaceuticals to fork over internal documents about allegations that the drugmakers attempted to stonewall their 2014 investigation.
