According to BioSpace’s just-released 2022 U.S. Life Sciences Salary Report, negative impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic are receding and 78% of employers expect their number of open roles to increase this year. And there won’t be any shortage of current biopharma employees clamoring to fill them. It appears that hesitations for change and fears stemming from the pandemic have all but disappeared as 98% of professionals surveyed said they were open to new opportunities, with 81% actively looking for a new role.
