This company sucks. They are unethical and horrible to work for. Great product but so untruthful in their promotion. I am at the year point and so ready to look for another job,
 




This company will destroy your reputation if you are not careful. Be truthful with your doctors, don't be the aggressive bully the company wants you to be, and get out as soon as you can. This is a horrible horrible company!
 
















God, I can remember working with the CEO/president of this company as a top performer. At the end of the one day ride along I committed myself to a 12 month plan to leave Zoll. I don't know if other divisions are different but Lifevest is short-lived.
I have friends in management and they are "sticking with it"...not much of an endorsement
 








Northeast is a bloodbath in reimbursement. That area NY/VT/CT/NH/ME/RI has never hit plan and is like a deli counter of turnover. Does anyone actually pay for that stupid boat anchor...what a joke

As for the Vest side of the business- they are growing fast- 50% yr over yr and the comp. plan has changed for the better. at plan it is $153 for a rep- it sounds like the other divisions of Zoll are suspect but the LifeVest has been good to me for 2yrs in the Northeast

This sounds like someone from management trying to squash the truth. LifeVest is growing 50% year over year, but that doesn't mean the sales force is getting paid. At plan may be at $153K, but that doesn't mean that reps are making plan when the goals increase every 2 weeks. Many have posted on this board that the realistic compensation for a rep is around 90K.

I thought he was the hotel AV guy at first. Does he own anything with sleeves? The AV guy at least wore a shirt and tie! He seemed like he was going to explode and hit someone. Doesn't seem like your typical pedigree VP leadership. More like a bouncer. Cheesy!

BullSHIT. Lifevest is the WORST division of Zoll. Ask anyone who knows the company and knows Lifevest has the highest turnover by far. Zoll Management you're deceitful ways are predictable and plan is only valid the first year IF you bring in over 1.5mil in new business, and it gets far worse after that.
