JW just became Preaident, you cannot blame years of issues with comp plan and promotions all on him. Marketing does do a good job, they should, there are enough in the department to work on three products. Regardless of how much time they have, they always seem to be behind. The comp plan, the reimbursement, the lack of management, these issues have been here for years. Great talent has entered the doors of Zoll LifeVest, great talent has left, they loved the job, the product, but could not deal with the lack of respect, or keep up with the growth expectations with 1/2 or 1/4th the territory. This is the truth, nobody who had been with Zoll can dispute the facts!
