This seems to be a sinking ship. I have a friend who is a manager there and just took a 35% cut to his salary as of April 1. Not sure what they are up to, but it sounds like a thinning of the heard. Talked to 3 recruiters that said they have a ton of resumes from Zimmer Spine right now.

All direct reps and managers cut quite a bit, but you can make it up in bonus. Unless your a manager who has a number based on 8 reps and after 4 of them quit your not allowed to hire replacements, but still held to the same number. Or unless you are a rep with less than 750k in revenue and are not able to grow it by at least another 550k. What a joke! I have got 5 Zimmer Spine resumes on my desk in the last 2 weeks, all telling the same story. Sounds like they want to blow the division up, why else force everyone out?
