Obviously the "trainee" isn't a Zimmer employee. Those of us that actually work at Zimmer know that new employee training happens during the first week of the month.
Zimmer have some great products, unfortunately, they have lousy people at the top who see short term profitability over longer term growth.
They've got rid of some key people in terms of giving themselves direction.
