Looking for another job is your own business but if you’re not working this one, then any formulary access you do get won’t matter much since your barely in the field.

What you fail to understand is the fact that the organizaton has a forecast that dismisses historical timeing for formulary. Leadership is not familiar with formulary and has a forecast that is accelerated. The check I get from this place is gravy....my focus is the othe job that s a career!!
