pay is about accurate, most reps make close to 200 but depends on your geography.. not a bad gig if you have good manager

All over this board are pharma reps bashing their companies. We all do these jobs because we know we couldn’t get paid what we get paid here, anywhere else. How is it working here? Why is the launch going to suck? BMS seems to be a decent company!

A decent company is defined by how you are treated by your direct manager.

Question is where do you go? You just have to jump board to board to know that everyone hates their present company but for each position there are like 1000 applicants.
