Zepbound

Seriously, why would Lilly sign a co-promote agree with Kowa promoting "the biggest drug in pharmaceutical history beating statins" ? Great Leadership? I think not. So give me a few good reasons why you think this may happen?

I think we ALL agree at this point that it is not zepbound. It was wishful thinking by all of us derived from a level of hope after coming out of the hell of Seglentis and the poor leadership decisions. At this point, given that we have not heard anything there is a high likelihood that the deal fell through for any drug and kowa has nothing in its immediate pipeline.

Uh, if by “wishful thinking” you meant “abject delusion”, then yeah..Lilly isn’t handing this drug to any rep who isn’t on Lilly payroll.

Truthfully, we all have to have a certain level of “delusion” to maintain any sanity while we stay at kowa with the current climate. Holding onto the last bit of hope.

Unless you’re leadership, please don’t BS us it’s enough. We’ve had enough.
I’m not in leadership, but based on the timing for training which all of the managers know about, this is the time frame. Oh and I also don’t owe you anything, jerk. You’re probably the same person posting all the negative predictions as if it was fact.

Don’t post your assumptions on the future of our jobs unless you have the authority to do so. Jerk.

As great of a drug zepbound is and would be for us it will still be hard. The cost of it is expensive for patients and even for the pharmacy to buy(more expensive than seglentis). Also, after talking to docs there is no inventory… EVERYBODY is trying to and getting on these diabetes/weight loss injections. MedSpas and other similar places like henry meds and etc are buying it up and dispensing it for much cheaper. Again, great potential but alot of road blocks. Also, Lily has reps for mounjaro— so adding for zepbound makes sense, but like someone said before they def won’t want us for a blockbuster drug, although we are cheap labor

There is no inventory because the drug has even officially launched yet…Don't worry, we Lilly Zepbound reps have everything under control.
