I also have heard from multiple people who have interviewed for these roles that Lilly is back to their old ways. Age discrimination, and male discrimination in the hiring process. My manager I can almost bet she is leading the charge in weeding out great candidates based on age and someone’s sex. I guess Lilly enjoys paying out on age discrimination suits. LOL!
