After today’s Q2 Earnings report you’d expect to hear something from Shannon Rush about the cardiometabolic health division incentive payout at 100% or greater!. Former triumph reps especially would like to know. We have families and bills, Shannon. But no, she is still undecided if we’ll be paid out at even 100% to goal. This company CONSISTENTLY shows its utter lack of integrity and concern for its people.

100% payout probably won't happen, but layoffs most likely will NOT happen. Can you imagine the PR nightmare if Lilly decided to layoff part of its salesforce after reporting over $11 Billion in revenue (36% growth) in one quarter? Dave Ricks boney ass would be subpoenaed to testify in front of Congress before Shannon could even finish saying the word "Layoff" (of course, considering how long it takes "Kamala Rush" to disambiguate her thoughts, and clearly articulate a complete sentence, it would probably take a while).

That being said, I can definitely see a lot of focus being placed on metrics (CPD, Reach, Frequency, etc.), so if you aren't hitting those numbers, you'll be providing a solid "HR-approved" reason for the Executive Branch to can your ass.

Here's a question for you... Who deserved to be paid more... This is my resentment. Ricks said “we are not promoting Zepbound. In fact, we told the sales force to service their current accounts.” Funny, I don’t remember being told to stop promoting. How exactly does a company beat their projections/goals for a quarter, but the sales force missed their goal by such a staggering amount? You cannot tell investors you beat goals, but tell the salesforce they missed it. Nothing from Shannon until she figured out how to spin it. It’s wrong and so unethical. Don’t forget to hit your 8 calls a day!
