It's not complaining... It's simply stating the facts... Hey corporate wake up! If this product is so good why are sales so bad across the us! Only five territories actually sell enough product to justify existanance! The point is.. You point fingers at only the sales team.. What about marketing, the horrible managed care we have, stock bottle samples of 30 days.. You stand on your stage at meeting or on cc calls and make promises to mentor, to train to do things differently, apologizing for mistakes made in strategy and that we have the team in place we need to move toward then you go back to your old ways three months after you laid off people... Hardly complaining... Just Feeling like everything corporate tells us changes from day to day.. Can't believe anything. Certainly can't believe this place is a family or cares about anyone besides their inside buddies..no stability here
 






Didn't you get up in front of the sales force and say how sorry you were for the pip program? How you didn't realize the impact it would have in the whim team? The backlash it caused, the toxic morale! You said we want to coach our individuals w training and mentoring... Not threatening their jobs w SIX weeks to improve??? What have you done corporate to help anyone? Now with a migraine indication around the corner you want to cut more jobs when you just cut jobs in October?? Not to mention we've have four people quit in the last two weeks and about a dozen more how claim they have contingent offers they are sitting on any day now. How does this help reach the sales goal? Here goes round two of your sales team and the mass exit.

They had ideas, feedback and tried to help point this company in a better direction. The problem with USL you guys only want to do things your way and don't want to live in reality. That's why you continue to lose people on a weekly basis. Maybe the problem is YOU and your attitude. It's a shame that 90% of the sales force are actively looking for other opportunities. You treat us like children and blame us for your mistakes. You are the problem.

I think you have it figured out. The leadership of this place is so threatened by anyone who has experience that they find a way to marginalize and ignore them repeatedly. For those who were told by their managers that pips weren't coming... They lied... Just read your new sales expectations that they tried to brush over at the meeting. It clearly states it that if you don't perform 2 quarters in a row then you have a whopping 30 days .... Pips! I've never heard of action at other companies less than 3 months minimum... They stand on stage and ask why Trokendi continues to beat us ... Well they have so many more sales reps and now you are threatening jobs again... Add in all the people who are actively looking or who are siting on contingent offers ... This sales force will be less than 40 before we know it.. That should show Trokendi especially right before a migraine launch.. Don't ramp up the sales force... Scale back... Pips are always good for morale.. Sends people in a panic to aggressively ramp up efforts to find another job ASAP!
