You asked us to send emails and letters...we've done what you asked and NOW you pull the plug the last two weeks of the contest? You make these knee jerk decisions and think that you don't affect morale. The morale is toxic!!! EVERYONE HATES this place. It's the biggest joke in the industry. Now your not paying on the ER; your word means nothing!!!!
 






What do you mean pulling the plug? They decided not to have a sent emails over the holidays which I agree with. As far as not being paid on ER yes I agree it's terrible. That's OK cause were all looking for jobs anyway. Bad thing is with Upsher-Smith on your resume is Terrible
 






People still sent emails and letters as instructed and they decided to not award weeks 5&6! How do you decide to do that after we have already done the work!! Oh .. Just like they did with everything else! Do what we tell you regarding mobe, Galaxy, ag, contests ... Then we at corporate will change our minds after the fact and blame the sales force. It's unbelievable.

What did you expect? You are getting paid on how many emails you sent. Not exactly a plan to move the business. If you don't yet "get it", you deserve what is coming.
 






Upsher-Smith has broken, and continues to break, a major rule in business. You don't ask your employees to go above and beyond their job, which does take time away from the work they are expected to do, and then not deliver on what you have promised them. This breach in trust is huge and is why there is no loyalty at this company. If you want the sales team to be ambassadors for you, delivering the sales and marketing messages that you want from them, you have to give them those things you promised. It isn't the job of the sales team to do your marketing. If you aren't going to pay for marketing messages sent (i.e., deliver on contest prizes), are you going to pay when it comes to compensation/bonus? No one believes you.

What is your sales and marketing strategy? It's seems pretty clear you don't have one! Piggy back selling doesn't count by the way. you can "party" with our product is probably the most laughable thing I have ever heard. Maybe one of these days you clowns might figure it out but I highly doubt it.

on the outside looking in, it would appear USL doesn't value reps. I don't feel they are looking for immediate success with Qudexy or the AG. Once the market is flooded and patents expired for Trokendi XR, that's where they are looking to roll it in. Being in the market now is just giving HCP the awareness that it is available. The reps are just pawns in the big scheme of things. Generic company looking for their generic volume.
 






Just in October you told us all we now have the sales force in place we need to move forward.. Threats again so soon??? More pips? How do you sleep at night?
Didn't you get up in front of the sales force and say how sorry you were for the pip program? How you didn't realize the impact it would have in the whim team? The backlash it caused, the toxic morale! You said we want to coach our individuals w training and mentoring... Not threatening their jobs w SIX weeks to improve??? What have you done corporate to help anyone? Now with a migraine indication around the corner you want to cut more jobs when you just cut jobs in October?? Not to mention we've have four people quit in the last two weeks and about a dozen more how claim they have contingent offers they are sitting on any day now. How does this help reach the sales goal? Here goes round two of your sales team and the mass exit.
