Love how leadership doesn’t put anything into morale yet they all preach the importance of Gallup. Better employee morale = better engagement which is a direct link to productivity and success. Makes very little sense. Which has become a theme on these posts.
I agree with all on Jake. He is terrible. Jake the SNAKE lets guys who owe $100k plus in commissions just quit and walk away but holds the sales force in the trenches, who are all the reason he has a job, accountable for paying back punitive damages….while we are fighting our asses off with no base salary. It’s infuriating to think we were instructed by all of leadership to get these orders in so they hit their bonuses.
