You Can’t Do Anything Right

Love how leadership doesn’t put anything into morale yet they all preach the importance of Gallup. Better employee morale = better engagement which is a direct link to productivity and success. Makes very little sense. Which has become a theme on these posts.

I agree with all on Jake. He is terrible. Jake the SNAKE lets guys who owe $100k plus in commissions just quit and walk away but holds the sales force in the trenches, who are all the reason he has a job, accountable for paying back punitive damages….while we are fighting our asses off with no base salary. It’s infuriating to think we were instructed by all of leadership to get these orders in so they hit their bonuses.

EXCELLENT points. Very sad place to be right now. They have screwed up comp, screwed up quotas, screwed up forecasting yet they penalize the sales force at every turn. Jake has been painful. For sales team and the biz. Instead of speaking to him they really should be getting in the field or meeting with their sales force. Can’t figure out solutions without knowing the issues. And it isn’t the backlog…Jake.
