You’re an idiot if you still work here

Yep, all smiles and pictures, nice sayings on his walls. What a great guy!
Chad is another phony baloney. He is in training to be the next Ted. Adam is the same way. Both "nice guys" face to face but big time back stabbers when it comes to accountability. From what I have seen of Carson and the rest of the ELT they are all liars just to "motivate" us. No one is buying it.

Losers.

Thank God it is the weekend, we only have to work 8 hours per day instead of the usual 16. The ELT is really kind to give us a break from marching.
WTF, are there any program managers left? There must be 3-4 opening for them on Glassdoor.
Who the fuck in their right mind would work for the site "leaders" or S&M ELT when all they get is abuse?
Pretty soon there will be NO ONE to run the shit show from the customer rep side.
Burn baby burn.

Being a project/program manager is a difficult and thankless job. You are caught between angry clients and incompetent lab staff, you constantly have to explain (make excuses) why projects did not go well, were over budget or were late being completed.

Many of the program/project managers are not true PMs they are lab staff that have little or no experience as a PM, they often don't have access or even know how to create a Gantt chart much less know how to manage a program.

As a result people burn out quickly and find something else to do.

The PMP are almost useless, but highly paid. They can do a project timeline in a Gantt chart but that is it. They are not technical and therefore can't answer any questions unless someone from lab operations tells them what to say. An overpaid secretary or talking head.

Do they give head? Like in the parking lot when everyone is watching? Interesting "job".
