Yet another woman leaves...





Just heard another female left today and she used to manage. How many females are going to run out of this place before they learn how to work & motivate women?
I hear you, but this place is not that career friendly to anyone male or female. It is only about profit. Not about patients not about providers and certainly not about the employees here. Putting talking hand puppets like Brian F. in charge of the US prescription business unit is yet just another example of what a joke this place has become. Good for the women and men smart enough to realize this place is no longer a long term career play.

Brian is an asset to the company and to the position. Before you trash the wrong people
get to know how they think and work.

The female who left was a blessing to the organization because she could not handle her
role and was given numerous chances and breaks.

That woman was a mess... Not at all a loss. She couldn't work with anyone and was not a good representation of female employees or managers.
 
























Ha Ha! Chicago was a black hole and everyone knows it. Why do you think the company laid off 4/8 of those reps during the transition? 2 years ago they laid off 3/3 of the managers there. 2 mangers left the last two years. DM's have changed so many times and the reps left for more money just like everyone else in the country. Customers are shaking their heads at us. Look around folks, people are leaving and going elsewhere.

Your DM will be on you BT16. But the truth is that you will not hit your sales goals and they will blame the reps and put a target on your back and you know it.

Look at the others that have left this place both men and women. Novartis is taking our people and that is bad for us because of turnover and disruption to the market place. It takes a while to get new people up and running and the clock is ticking to hit our numbers.

Brian F is a good guy and has to clean up this mess. I agree he should not be attacked.
 




















It's simple. Look at your leadership.
G will never hold quality people very long. You have a manager who is poison. I know, i have experienced it. Novartis has true leadership and management. They would never tolerate incompetent management that now resides in G.
