Yearly Raise

thanks for the response district manager or regional. You certainly can not grow and achieve at Kowa currently. The reps are leaving. The reps staying have been out of the field. Restricted from earning commissions because there is NO product to sell. Restricted from a pay increase too. Upper management does not care about your opinion if they did they would have shown it but they don’t. The district managers have no say so either. All they say is send it in an email and I’ll forward it up the latter. Acting like Kowa is a big Pharma company when they aren’t. Actually listening to reps since Kowa is a very small company would have been a good idea but no.

Kowa use to be the best company for reps wanting to get into the industry or someone about to retire.

Word. Also the award winners having to wait for their reward money. And the Kowa university bronze and silver recipients not receiving their raise either. It’s just absolutely rubbish. And don’t say “just be grateful you’re still employed” no fuck that we earned these achievements we should be entitled to these payouts regardless..this is a legal matter in my opinion. Give us our money.

thanks for the compliment, but I am just a tenured rep that sees the bigger picture. Things are challenging right now, but this is only a temporary situation, and it could be a lot worse. If I had to guess I would say you don’t work here anymore and you are regretting your decision to leave. Maybe even you were terminated. That is one thing I don’t understand is why you want to troll around when you don’t work for the company anymore.

tenured is code for I got comfortable during livalo I stayed too long and now I’m too old to leave so I’m waiting for retirement. Your opinion doesn’t count. The young untenured people are here with louder voices more aptitude and energy and will drown out your pathetic attempts at painting a rose colored image of a bloody disaster.

Hey asshole- another tenured rep here! What my motives were for staying so long is none of your business, but I have very much enjoyed my time and have been treated very well. No complaints. Could I have made more elsewhere? Sure, but I did t need to because I am smarter than you with my time and money. If you want to be an abusive idiot, that’s on you. Don’t let the door smack your ass on the way out!

Thanks Jeff. There are a number of good people at Kowa. I assure you none are in that leadership group in Montgomery. The culture was destroyed by Jeff, end of discussion. The culture was the thing that made it worthwhile to work there. As far as managing your money, what money? Have you had a lottery win or live off the grid and grow your own food? 25% price increases everywhere in the last couple of years alone and did you get a 25% increase? Kowa Japan is keeping everyone because they believe in loyalty. It can't go on forever. The grass is almost never greener when you leave but I assure you the money is. Keep rearranging those deck chairs. I am sure Jeff will save you. He is good with names. Too bad that won't get you a coffee at McDonalds, you can't afford Starbucks.

You stayed here because you’re incompetent no need to tell us we already know. Enjoy your base salary with NO commission now because there’s nothing to sell. I’m sure your wife loves that she probably made more money than you the past 15 years.

My base salary is quite nice, thank you very much. The perk of being tenured.

You’re not making six figures with JUST your base as a rep and if you say you are you’re a liar, and that’s still embarrassing for being in the pharma industry for as long as you claim you are. You could be making well over 200k if you would’ve made moves and not been a lazy walrus.

Tell yourself whatever make you feel good, asshole.
