We hired you to do your job not stay with your kids. Although that’s why you got in this job because you treat like a part time job. I know that for a fact because you’ve told me. Your idea of being in the field is one lunch live or virtual and your done for the day. The rest you make up with ghost calls.

I was an ABD (reported to the CA Salix guy, dude did nothing lol) and I’d never seen such disgraceful calls per day numbers than when I joined this shit hole. I would have to tell my reps to make more than 3 calls a day when someone from corporate rode with them, and this was way before Covid. Laziest bunch of reps ever, and they still complained about absolutely everything. Enjoy your part time job while it lasts.
 






It does feel very insincere that the move to the "hybrid" working environment for our HQ employees has been postponed indefinitely. Meanwhile our southern field employees, esp. Florida and Texas, are expected to continue field visits.
 






Its obvious that employees in the field do NOT matter. HQ on hold, yet managers and field is out there. Live POA's, not a smart move in the face of the rising numbers. Somebody WILL come home with COVID. Then to beat all, "post your vaccine status confidentially", but you can't attend meeting if you are not fully vaccinated. Where is the confidentiality found?
 












Thoughts on this. What are you going to do when the vaccine is a requirement of the job at our organization. Many organizations are moving in that direction. It’s coming for us as well.
 






No doubt complicated issues with no previous play book. If companies were all ok tonhave people stay at home and not sell, pretty soon we would have lay offs! Think about that. This is a small, single product company still not making a profit. Are you sales people or just here to take a company for a free ride? Want to go be in Kabul right now? Perspective my friends!

unfortunately this statement is true. I recently left his team and I left because of his poor leadership, his lack of self awareness and his narcissistic ways. Jaime doesn’t allow people to grow and the only voice that matters is his. During our calls no one had a n opportunity to to contribute. I chose to move on and I’m better for it.

I didn’t quit Intercept. I quit Jaime! It’s the best decision that I could have made for myself and my family.
