XYMOGEN Practitioners Violate Company Internet Policy With Impunity

Im trying to order Xymogen products and none of the websites in this post have valid codes! Did Xymogen shut all of those accounts down or does someone still have a valid code?

The most blatant in-your-face violators are unrepentant.

Fontana Family Chiropractic still unashamedly flaunts their violations, including the use of a complete website that serves no other purpose than to violate the XYMOGEN internet sales policy!

Does anyone know how much XYMOGEN company stock "doctor" Paul Fontana and "doctor" Susan Fontana own? Is either of them or both of them on the XYMOGEN board of directors?

The code isn't working!!!! Someone please find a code I can use for Xymogen products!

so obvious that this idiot who keeps pointing out "violations" works (or worked) for another supplement company. probably doesn't sell shit because he is spending all his time trying to trash competition instead of promoting his own brand. seriously, buddy....get a life.

Probably got fired by Xymogen. Sour grapes.

I am a lawyer watching this thread. Those of you who are complaining are objecting to practitioner's discounting Xymogen products by sharing their margin. You don't want the competition. Your complaints are supported by Xymogen. This is resale price maintenance of the grossest sort. You are also attempting to induce group boycotts of the practitioners who wish to support their patients and of competitors. The latter is a per se violation of antitrust laws.
