Nobody said "nobody was going to be laid off as long as Prop 24 passed?"; stop twisting words around to make your point. What was said was that prop 24 would result in layoffs. Operation exellence and prop 24 are two seperate issues. Prop 24 could have resulted in incremantal layoffs above and beyond operation excellence. Please remember that roche units are sked to deliver specific money to the bottom line. If prop 24 impacts that ability to contrinute,you either have to sell more, or layoff. Its that simple.

Talk about no ethics? Genentech has done some shady things along the way, and you know it. Great example starts in NY, especially the manager and his sidekick reps.

I have to say, working with this company for many years and the crap that is written here is childish. Who cares if there are issues in your area, but that goes on in many parts of the country, and it's kept quiet. Seems that it must be bad in the city for all this to be said.
