Go Hakan Oztap! Another cluster fu!c! contract where the call decks are Fu!ced and the strategy of chasing ever expanding territory size “reach” with no pharmacy stocking is losing AGAIN. We are forbidden from gaining traction in any one key account. Perhaps KPI’s minus sales results ( a pretty spread sheet ) was the contract goal the whole time.

This bullshit is fucked, you’ve got two managers and that racist fuck from Corpis , yes that’s you Chuck is a complete piece of shit. They don’t want to pay off on this contract and they want to cut you. No matter what if you signed on you need to be left to do your job. That’s how this works. No crystal ball. Can’t help bad luck with the flu but lives have been spared, screw your reps though

Mic drop, this whole contract is garbage, I hope the Genentech people are watching this, hiring people that have never even had management experience and don’t have the skills to pull it off. It’s a 4 month contract, cut the bullshit trainings on crap we don’t need as temp reps, tell the 2 managers to stay home so the office don’t see these people and block us from getting in, no field rides so we don’t get sick from others in our cars, give us the (bad) lists and let us figure it out. Loving the fact that there is no flu in the south to speak of. It’s a great drug to fight it but Ashfield / Inizio I will never sign up to work for again, this is like a monkey fucking a football, what a joke. See you on our check the box Friday call. When it’s all done let’s see who gets their bonus. I bet they kill this contract by February 1st.

Hakan Oztap is to blame for this train wreck. He hired the wrong people and had a short sighted strategy to save a nickel. GNE needs to contract with Syneos next season if there is one.

Ashfield’s strategy is to reach and leave a sample of Xofluza with as many writers who are lucky enough to be in your outdated call deck. Not to worry if any pharmacies stock the product. My own mother had to take Tamiflu because she was to sick for a scavenger hunt to find a pharmacy who had it in stock.
