New company BioCritica will be "lead" medically by Lilly guy Mark Williams. I wouldn't expect any miracles. Nothing will change in the short term. Lilly is still in charge of marketing and with Lilly under the Corporate Integrity Agreement, every marketing piece will be under scrutiny especially with Williams at the helm. He was part of the original marketing disaster and the company is still cleaning up after him. A great drug that may be doomed due to no fault of the sales team. Lilly is a nightmare because their hands are tied with this CIA and past problems with promotion that have nothing to do with the current team. The Shock study is behind schedule with 90 patients left to recruit in 4 weeks. With an average of 9 patients enrolled per week, you do the math. Another delay.

Oh, we are still out here laboring under the collective delusion that we actually have some sway in whether the drug gets used or not. This job is awesome. I don't do shit, and I get paid a lot of money to do it.
