Well while alarming numbers, it is not surprising when complete change of leadership has taken place going from somewhat strategic sales mindset to current Presidents from Europe w social medicine mindset and VP who only knows market Share Of Voice & Call Activity
The smart business minded performance mindsets will leave.

They will have even more if any of the 100+ reps who posted online are hired by any company. Biogen also had dozens of Xeljanz reps post online for their expansion.
Xeljanz with the new leadership style has turned into the No Fun Division only concerned with SOV thus make more calls. .
The new leadership has turned the division from a super valued specialty division to a wanta-be Primary Care division.
Given the implosion the past year, many who left took lateral in pay and 1 took slight decrease to get w a company that has a great Culture, Pipeline, & Leadership
Not suprising as the Best and Smartest usually bail first when you only have a 1-2 product division during the last few yrs of the product life cycle without any pipeline to backfill.
The Global President & ELT did a poor job of strategically planning the future of Xeljanz post LOE 2024. That level of execs the business planning is 5-10yrs out and they must been too busy looking at buying a Derm company for 100x than annual sales instead of focusing on the cash cow Xeljanz and valuable rep resources they have (or soon to be had)

27s POS stock that has been worthless for 20 yrs except 9 months last year. Worthless about like Xeljanz execs
Just wait until the Fall with Biogen & Amgen expansion. Those 100 reps and 20 DMs who posted for Gilead in Jan will all be gone by the Fall.

It is like a gusher! A headhunter told me never in 25yrs has his firm seen so many resumes from 1 company let alone 1 division- Xeljanz
Bottom line the smart business savvy ones are always the first to land better high paying gigs, while the clueless and one way loyal ones get left holding an empty bag at the unemployment line then selling in Primary Care or CSO for fraction of the pay

Just wait and see how many people bail now that they are home able to work on finding a better job.
The division will not have to worry about a downsizing with all the best leaving. So many will bail they might actually have to have a hiring wave in the Fall !

If they would have put a hiring freeze on a couple of months ago they would have their numbers.
