Xeljanz Leadership better get focus on Rinvoq asap

Xeljanz VP & leadership better get their ass# focus on Rinvoq asap or the demise of our division will be Rapid & Powerful !
Not having a dam Rinvoq blunting plan before they launched was a colossal mistake of the greatest proportion that Marketing has ever made (yes our VP was head of mkt at that time).
Then not to have a Rinvoq plan after launch when reps were telling leadership doce were putting a lot of pts on the drug, was just downright STUPID to the lowest degree.
Now in 2020 still no Rinvoq plan should be Terminal across the leadership starting w Pres & VP - just down right deadly to Xeljanz.
New pts and NRx has shown this.
Time to clean house in leadership or Xeljanz will get our housed cleaned by Rinvoq which they are doing in historical fashion with the strong assistance of our incompetent Xeljanz HQ leadership.
(And they want us reps to keep growing Xeljanz at 20%. Hell be lucky to hold flat let alone any growth moving forward next 48m before LOE)

LMFAO at that HQ leadership team. A joke and slow sales, lower nrx market share, and nation wide turn over proves the mountain has fallen.
The good smart ones have already bailed and the remaining good ones will leave in the next 12 months not wanting to fight for jobs on the street in few yrs w the stupid reps left waiting it out.

Much blame to Head of Marketing (now VP)at the time who made the call not to take Rinvoq serious for 9 months post launch, and not have a plan. But global President on his 15th job w Pfizer needs to be held accountable for lack of oversight & not mandating marketing have a Rinvoq plan.

Sad thing it is 9months to late.

Our HQ leadership w Pres & VP are prepared or good decision making w some of the crazy BS they are focusing on and not focusing in.
Those 2 non leaders have rapidly crashed the division Culture, Motivation, & Sales.
So the Demise of Xeljanz has been at the hands of these 2 people who had zero business being in ANY leadership position. BOTH product of good old boy system with friends pulling them up to positions of their greatest weaknesses. That is how you destroy an organization---- division in this case.

Rinvoq not a problem in my territory and I like the new leadership. Get rid of the RBDs and their PCP mindset and all will be fine.
Highly doubt Rinvoq not getting share in your territory.
Nation NBRx is 16.5% trending 600mil for year 1.
The LOWEST NBRx territory in the nation per the mgt report is 9% so yes they are making impact with New to Brand Nrx which is 1st signs of growth.
You can not fool the analytic Xeljanz reps on this forum GF.. go back to your swinging life.

The Xeljanz division is toast, CV- Strokes- MI- Cancer- Deaths was manageable with High businss IQ in HQ but that is not the case currently & too late to fix.

It is Over period. Was a good ride the first 5yrs before expansion & morphing 20 PC DMs mindset into the division .
2021 going be 60% layoffs now that Pfizer has a measurable live 4month pilot in the impact of virtual selling. As result need 60% less reps even in a hybrid in person/virtual model

Abbvie better talent & more qualified capabilities at President, VP, RDs DMs & reps---- across board Abbvie has Tenure RHU Experience, Developed & Trained & qualified people where Strengths meet their Positions NOT from Primary care.
Pfizer has unqualified , out of position, not developed, & new primary care people from Top down.
Result Rinvoq kicking Xeljanz to the trash without ANY effort. Just totally different league of talent & skills.
At rep level Abbvie reps sell in depth (sometime too much depth) clinically and knows every competitor clinically.
Xeljanz reps follow marketing advise and direction with glossy spreads & marketing tag lines . Rapid Powerful a Dudd.

ASK ANY RHU WHICH REP IS MORE VALUABLE AND DISCUSSES THE PRODUCT & DISEASE IN DEPTH CLINICALLY AT SAME LEVEL..... ABBVIE
THEY LAUGH AT PFIZER REPS BEING SHALLOW AND A MARKETING PUPPET.
(It is not going to change until our leadership changes, plus only 48 months until LOE so not happening)
 




Good luck, an entire warehouse of Adderall could not get our Xeljanz HQ leadership focused in the right direction!
After 10 months of Rinvoq & 16% share, if we dont have focus or plan by now then we never will.
Pres VP & RDs following BAD Marketing advise & mole produced advisory feedback w docs getting paid more by Rinvoq to answer same surveys.
Our leadership from Pres down to so unfocused & poor decisions .

Sad thing it will not get better & will only get worse with new young raw primary care mindset on activity DMs who are YES MEN types.
