Xeljanz Leadership better get focus on Rinvoq asap

Seriously?? With JL leading the show!
It has been 2 yrs since we knew when Rinvoq will launch & almost 1 year post launch now & us reps are still waiting on a dam Rinvoq plan.
Clueless leadership.

But as consolation looks like we are preparing a plan for Filog which only will have 1% share and 100mil.
Makes complete sense having a plan for a peak 1-2% share competitor and not have plan on a 16% soon to be 30% competitor 3 Billion a yr.
This division leadership is comical.

Way too latex like over a year too late.
Not enough brain cells between all 3 of them in HQ so MAJOR drop of the ball & triggered Demise of the division.
Rinvoq has past Xeljanz in NBRx as of June!
Sad but true what took 8 yrs to build has been shot down in 6 months due to lack of strategic leadership & following what marketing trends & sampling were as the golden rule.
