Is BID Percocet enough to sell?
Lack of tamper proof data leaves it up to managed care...

Who the hell is going to want this product??? Physicians don't want a narcotic with acetaminophen in it anymore considering there are so many over the counter medications with acetaminophen. This is a complete disaster waiting to happen. If surgeons prescribe a narcotic they no longer want to go with a combination product for fear of acetaminophen overdose.
Does EPIC FAIL ring a bell?

Do you babies even work for Mallinckrodt?
I am going to sell the shit out of this great product. All I need is a tiny bit of managed care coverage and a coupon that can mitigate, to some extent, the out-of-pocket cost.
This is HUGE. Unique! "…fear of acetaminophen overdose." You're kidding, right? If not, then you are in the wrong field. Consider taking care of puppies at the shelter.

You are a real idiot. How is this unique to Percocet? All physicians have figured out the scam of getting a patent through the FDA by adding the XR.........blah, blah, blah. There is absolutely no market for this. Considering acetaminophen is in literally hundreds of over the counter medications, acetaminophen overdose is quite common and is a concern for physicians. There is absolutely no need or advantage to add acetaminophen to a narcotic whatsoever. The direction of medicine is going the opposite way in which they no longer want to go with combination drugs to avoid any overdose. Physicians want a narcotic that offers less narcotic related adverse events as a sole agent.

Only one dose?
Is it really that big of a deal in ACUTE PAIN to take 1-2 Percocets before going to bed and more when you wake up?
I give this drug a $40-60M forecast, but with a lot of money spent for promotion really is a net loss for Mallickrodt...
Gralise type drug best case, no disrespect to the Depomed boys...
When you're done crying, I suggest you go back and reread your last module for the answer about 'uniqueness'. Pay special attention to the part about "biphasic" and "acuform" and "polyethylene oxide".
"The direction of medicine is going the opposite way in which they no longer want to go with combination drugs to avoid any overdose".
Huh? How does adding tylenol, which reduces the about of oxy needed, increase the likelihood of overdose? Dude, I can see why you're upset because you really don't know what you're talking about.
