WTH- 127 X reps & 70% DMs apply for Biogen biotech

Doesnt surprise me but like someone said w Gilead, here at Biogen we do not want all the Xeljanz reps. We are hiring a lot of Genentech & Cellgene reps NOT Pfizer Xeljanz.
Maybe 7-8 Xeljanz reps nationally.
So Pfizer execs just chill the F out!
You all need focus on loosing Xeljanz sales

Very true. My sister took Gilead mgt job in January. She said they had like 150 Xeljanz reps apply online in Feb after their NSM & recruiters/HR screened criteria down to about 50 for interviews. Said only a few were real Superstars and they did not make verbal offers to many Xeljanz reps. Most verbal offers went to Genentech reps.
Again Biotech doesnt hire alot of big pharma reps. Its extremely difficult to land these high paying jobs.

127 Xeljanz reps posted for your Biogen expansion.

Well BMS has you beat, 150 Xeljanz reps posted in Feb for expansion positions!
Difference is we did not hardly offer any from Pfizer.

VP shouldnt flatter himself with he looking in the mirror bravo. Oncology is loosing a lot more reps than Xeljanz has.
265 reps , heck 10reps less than 5% so chill.

The question you need to ask yourself is how many of the orginal 76 reps & 10DMs are still around 7yrs later???? Like only 50% reps.... that detail analysis sums up a lot.
99% of mkt brand team that launched is gone.
Only only 4 of 12 DMs remain from year 1.... 80% gone.

Doesnt matter how many apply.
Key is only few made it past the screening and only 4-5 got REAL offers.
127 posted online website doesnt mean anything as most Xeljanz reps get screened out due to lack of 15yrs specialty exp or lack of Top performances.....
Only a few got offers . The other 125 can go back to selling a heart attack stroke drug.
