CSS is an entry level position for good reason. Stick to youtube tutorials on how to turn on your computer and submit a simple expense report.

Renner is in charge and overseeing everything personally. There is nothing to worry about. it will be perfect. lol. Also... he may have undersold just a little bit the whole disruption thing.
