I can tell you I'm doing my best to hustle and have a partner who does as well. We are doing lunches all week, some shared that are not recognized in system. I'm been in this industry a long time and I'm working harder than ever, but it's still not enough. Both of us are forgetting things, getting migraines and sacrificing home life. We aren't faking calls or taking advantage. but it's still not enough. I hope it improves.

I actually do think it will get better, this company is just going to have to eat shit for a while first. No more humira so we’re going to lose money for a few years. We will downsize, we will realize we can’t make stupid decisions anymore, and we will need to invest in a few actually decent, innovative drugs. Once our leadership has that come to Jesus moment and tells the street we’re fucked in the short term the pressure on us will relax a bit.
 












































I saw this on the Janssen board. The entire industry is faking calls.

Fake calls = job security for reps, DMs, and RBDs. The higher number of fake calls justifies a larger sales force. Therefore, we are job creators and not liars.

The challenge is at meetings when my DM or RD wants me to share out "what's working" for me out there. I so badly want to reply, "my 3 iron"....

Any tips for hitting with the 3 iron? That's a tough club to be consistent with.
