An ex partner of mine just left this place working in copy. He said basically that copy does all the heavy lifting and work while the AD works on a project by project basis. So basically copy is stuck doing all the client stuff with account, has to manage all the particulars of the brand and has no creative partner to help out. Every new project copy has to download the AD (most of the time freelancers cause the staff ACD Art rarely do any real work) and oversee their work and correct their mistakes because the AD doesn't know the brand at all. The EVP CD comes from Consumer yet they have won NO consumer/DTC work at all. What does that tell ya? And yet the EVP CD oversees the professional business. Train wreck!!!!
