So I work here in Wayne and I'm leaving soon. Someone mentioned this Board to me so I've just been reading it and it's reinforced my decision. I've worked here for a couple of years and joined soon after Bob came onboard. So what went wrong? For me it's all about bad management and a lack of leadership. Firstly the initial buzz was that Bob and Mark had just done a great deal at his last company, a biotech that was sold to Sanofi. However it turns out that nobody thought it was any good, the deal fell well short of expectations and Sanofi recently sold the assets. In short is was a failure. Also Mark joined us after a short stint at Corridor Pharmaceuticals as CEO where he drove the company into the ground in less than a year. Oxyado and Sprix are a sales and marketing disaster and are running at 30% under quota. Arymo is behind plan and well over budget. We made a huge loss in Q1 and will make a bigger one in Q2. Thus our shares will be even further in the toilet. Morale sucks.

It's panic and meltdown. End of June looms. All CYA at Wayne. BullshitBob is losing it. Sales are in the toilet. Layoffs loom.

I'm new here and didn't know that Cafepharma existed until someone in sales told me about yesterday at lunch. Just been reading this thread, a lot of which is true. Got to say I'm now really worried about my future. It's common knowledge that Sprix and Oxyado are failing however, to be fair, Arymo is on track and could get FDA approval in Q4. That will turn the company around. Bob's been saying that we're just going through a short rough patch. I think that he's probably right.
 






Armyo will fail as well. What makes it so special? It's still morphine, which is a compound from the 1900's!!!! Ask the Embeda reps how sales are going with a morphine. ABANDON SHIP, AND POLISH UP THE RESUMES BOYS AND GIRLS!!! Unemployment here I come baby!
 






Short rough patch is an understatement. Can't believe they actually thought selling a spray that is like putting battery acid up your nose and an IR Oxycodone that can't prevent a recreational drug user from abusing. 30% said they would not take again??? What about the other 70%? No wonder sales suck. Come on, I should have known something was up when they were "launching" two products that were sold to Egalet dirt cheap. Luitpold and Pfizer are still probably laughing their asses off right to the bank.

Wow. What a sad bunch of douche bag ass hats you all are. The ONLY f'ing reason you have the dog $#!+ drugs you have is to give you a REASON to be in front of HCP's to build relationships and ready the market for your potential new drug. And to do do in a compliant manner. This ain't copier sales. There are RULES. You need a reason to call on HCP's. Are you all so GD clueless that you don't get that? God I pity Radie and the rest as it seems his field force is a bunch of whining, complaining, incompetents.

Let's spends millions of dollars on shitty secondhand drugs, introduce Egalet to the pain market as the Dollar General of Pain Management Drug Companies and run the company into the ground before we ever get to introduce our "ground breaking me too" Morphine drug. if you consider the company the dollar general that is because how you present it. People like you will always complain and feel entitled. Do your GD job or get the f*£k out. There is a reason you are working here and not at a Premeire company. That reason is because you lack the experience and skills to land a job at a Premeire Pharma company. If you had half a brain, you'd put your head down, stop your bitching and do your GD job. Maybe, just maybe if you changed your attitude and devoted 1/2 as much time working as whining you'd actually amount to something. Maybe you could parlay your success here into something better. Who knows? What I do know is that your attitude sucks, your results suck and it's so much easier to point fingers and assign blame then to take responsibility for your results. Last I checked no one was an indentured servant.
